In September 2008, he passed the national unified judicial examination and obtained the legal professional qualification. In 2016, he served as the prosecutor of the first post in the judicial reform. He was familiar with the whole process of criminal proceedings, had a deep foundation in criminal law, and mastered the latest criminal justice policies and was able to use them skillfully.

Currently, he is the director of the Criminal Law Research Society of Liaoning law society, the legal adviser of Liaoning public security department, the leader of the expert advisory group of the criminal law professional committee of Shenyang Lawyers Association, and the director of the Intellectual Property Law Research Society of Shenyang law society.

In 2006, he was the model of procuratorial work in the procuratorial system of Liaoning Province
