The forum was jointly sponsored by the Law School of Renmin University of China, the bankruptcy law research center of Renmin University of China, the Legal Affairs Department of the China Council for the promotion of international trade, the Beijing bankruptcy court and the Beijing bankruptcy law society. At this forum, experts and scholars from all over the country conducted in-depth discussions for one and a half days on the revision of the enterprise bankruptcy law, the legislation of personal bankruptcy, and the coordination between the bankruptcy law and relevant laws and regulations. The Organizing Committee of the China bankruptcy law forum compiled and sorted out more than 700 conference papers collected by the forum and selected them professionally. After being reviewed by third-party experts, 20 first prizes, 30 second prizes and 30 third prizes were finally awarded.
The paper "from interpretation to interpretation: Reflection and reconstruction of the concept of wages in bankruptcy law -- Taking the reorganization of state-owned enterprises in old industrial bases as the background" written by Wang Chen of Tongfang office won the third prize of excellent paper.
