On the afternoon of March 12, 2021, Tongfang school - new civil evidence regulations intensive lecture was officially opened on the 43rd floor of Tongfang office. Nearly 20 young lawyers from the whole office participated in the training.
Since the opening of Tongfang school in 2020, the law firm has regularly formulated training plans on different legal modules and implemented a routine training system of business learning for young lawyers. The keynote speaker of this course is Professor Bi Yuqian, who has participated in the drafting and argumentation of judicial interpretation such as several provisions of the Supreme People's Court on civil litigation evidence and interpretation on the application of the Civil Procedure Law of the people's Republic of China.
In the class, Professor Bi Yuqian, the keynote speaker, combined "theoretical knowledge points" and "practical case sharing", explained the legal provisions in detail and introduced the evidence theory, paid attention to the application of rules in practice, and focused on the transformation and inversion of the burden of proof, the special provisions of the law on the distribution of the burden of proof, the period of proof and the exchange of evidence, cross examination The newly revised contents in the examination and identification of evidence have strong guidance.

Through this training, the lawyers of Tongfang office have strengthened their understanding and application of the new rules of evidence in civil proceedings, so as to better carry out business activities, improve business skills, and do a good job in theoretical preparation and knowledge storage.
