The induction training for new employees is divided into two modules, one is to introduce Tongfang's culture and administrative system, and the other is to train Tongfang's lawyers on practice discipline.

In the second module, lawyer Qi Wei, a member of the Tongfang Business Development Committee, conducted special training on Lawyers' practice discipline.
