On January 14, 2022, in order to conscientiously implement the call of the Liaoning Provincial Department of justice and the Liaoning Provincial lawyers association to carry out the work plan of "one community (Village) one legal adviser" and effectively ensure that the people can obtain legal assistance in a timely and effective manner, the senior partner Liu Ying of Tongfang office led lawyers Liu Zhihan and Wang Guowei of Tongfang office to jinwutaizi town of Xinmin City to carry out the docking work of "one village one legal adviser".

A docking meeting of "one village, one legal adviser" was held on the site. At the meeting, the lawyers of the same office signed legal adviser agreements with each village, town and sub district. Everyone said that they would actively sink legal knowledge to the grass-roots level, so as to strengthen the construction of democracy and the rule of law at the grass-roots level.

Since 2018, Tongfang office has actively responded to the call to carry out legal advisory work in 85 administrative villages in 7 townships and towns of Xinmin City. The heads of various districts have participated in the work of rural law popularization, conflict and dispute resolution, and grass-roots social governance in various ways, giving full play to the professional advantages of lawyers, performing more social responsibilities, improving the level of law learning, law-abiding, and usage of the masses, and wholeheartedly contributing to the construction of rule of law villages.
