On the afternoon of December 10, 2021, Tongfang's 43rd floor QingChuang space successfully launched the offline business training course of Tongfang school on the theme of "talking about the legal system related to personal insurance in wealth inheritance, divorce and compulsory execution". Nearly 40 lawyers in the institute actively participated in the offline course.

This course was given by Wang Zhanping, senior partner of Tongfang Institute, director of Finance and insurance business department, deputy director of Finance and Insurance Professional Committee of Liaoning Lawyers Association, deputy director of Finance and Insurance Professional Committee of Shenyang Lawyers Association, mediator of Liaoning banking and insurance dispute mediation center, director of Liaoning insurance society, and insurance law practice teacher of Law School of Liaoning University. Lawyer Wang Zhanping's current practice fields include life insurance and property insurance companies, legal advisers of insurance intermediaries, property insurance and life insurance disputes and settlement, wealth inheritance, e-commerce, etc.

Lawyer Wang Chen, senior partner of Tongfang Institute, member of Tongfang Business Development Committee and principal of Tongfang school, attended and presided over the course. At the beginning of the course, we invited Liao Shiwei, manager of the service development department of Taiping Life Insurance Liaoning Branch, to the site to share "the role of insurance in family asset allocation". Manager Liao stressed that as an important part of the financial field, we should pay attention to the important role of insurance in our daily life. At the same time, based on national policy support, manager Liao carefully explained the protection role of insurance in family assets from multiple dimensions by using intuitive data and personal experience.

Subsequently, Lawyer Wang Zhanping explained the three aspects of "insurance arrangement in wealth inheritance", "judicial view on the division of insurance products in divorce" and "how to implement the debtor's Insurance and relevant latest regulations in compulsory execution".
